La Colilla, pendant luminaire of Santa Cole.

Designed by Carles Riart in 1976, being randomly produced and distributed by Gabriel Ordeig Cole from Comercial Estelar, his initial company, La Colilla was the first product published by SANTA & COLE in 1985.

As the brand describes it, this lamp is designed as a companion light, proper for music, conversation or love.

It consists of a translucent tube of two meters, gently nuanced, which shields a series of neon bulbs inside.

It has an irrelevant total consumption (less than 1 watt) and a very long useful life, to the point that it is delivered without a switch so that it is always left on.

Suspended by a thin and resistant thread produces the illusion of being floating in space.

It is usually used in living rooms, bedrooms, stairs, corridors, porches, etc. Its use is recommended only for the interior of a house.
