MVV pendant MARSET lamp.

Designed in 2019 by the architect Manuel Valls Vergés. The name of the lamp, MVV, responds to the acronym of its name to claim its authorship.

This model is the redesign of the original model created in the 70s. This new current design provides a double skin: cherry wood on the outside of the sheets, and white color inside to optimize the quality of light.

The original measures – 45 cm – are respected and the interior structure, which was originally made of iron, also becomes polycarbonate to make it lighter. With wood as a material, the MVV achieves exceptionally warm lighting.

A sober, rational, and eminently geometric lamp that does not cease to be like a construction game in which direct light coexists downwards and indirect light that filters through its sheets. A design that, despite being timeless, responds to the constructive logic of that moment and brings to mind a large number of memories and references.

Black glossy steel and polycarbonate structure that holds 8 sheets of PET with the exterior in cherry wood and the interior always in white. Transparent methacrylate diffuser on top.
