La lámpara llegó a casa dañada y se la han llevado para reparar. después de casi 2 meses sigo sin ella. Buena atención,muy mala experiencia.
Buenos días Alberto, ¡Tiene toda la razón! Con Luzifer no habíamos tenido nunca ningún tipo de problema y sin embargo, su lámpara le llegó rota y justo antes de las vacaciones de Navidad. Por lo que la gestión estuvo paralizada casi 3 semanas. Ahora la están arreglando en fábrica y tan pronto tengamos nuevas noticias de Luzifer, se lo haremos saber. Muchas gracias y lamentamos la incidencia.
